Please note that items with a * are required. If you do not submit a booth/table photo, your application will not be considered.

If you have trouble with the image uploads, we suggest removing the image then uploading again. If this fails twice, send us an email at info@fishersartscouncil.org with the form requirements. Your submission is successful when you see the confirmation screen. If you need support, contact us via email.

Artisan vendors are managed by Fishers Arts Council. This event is partnered with Fishers Park's annual Boo Bash event, which brings in 5,000-10,000 people each year.

Outdoors in 10' x 10' space (providing my own tables, etc)

Indoor artisan: I will be at a 5' table and cannot go beyond that size

Outdoor artisan: I will bring my own tables, chairs, etc

Outdoor artisan: If I decide to bring a canopy, I MUST bring 160 lbs of weight (40 per canopy leg)

All artisans: I understand access to electricity and wifi is NOT guaranteed

All artisans: All of my items will be handmade and I will not offer any resale items

All artisans: I understand this is a family event. All items for sale will be family-friendly.
